We meet you

Discovery Call

We schedule a discovery call where we review the intake form completed by you to assess alignment (interpersonal, expertise, timeline) and see if CurrentShift Legal is the right fit—this is a two-way conversation, not yet a full legal advice session.

We scope the work

Proposal

If we’re aligned, we send a written proposal and engagement letter outlining scope, fees, and your legal team.

You become a client

Contract

Once you sign and pay the retainer, we open your matter, confirm representation in writing, and schedule a kickoff.

We move your work forward

Kickoff

Together we implement the agreed plan through regular check-ins, clear documents, and transparent billing.
